$50 per hour (2-hour minimum preferred) Includes travel, setup, staffing, and full Pink Paw Patisserie truck presence. This serves as a non-refundable booking fee to secure your event date.

Community Giveback Events – Fundraisers & Charities

Pink Paw Patisserie proudly supports nonprofit and charitable events in the Greater Grand Rapids area. • No booking fee required • Guests purchase individually at event pricing • 5% of all event proceeds donated directly to your charity • Sales summary and donation confirmation provided after the event

In most collaboration scenarios, there is no appearance fee — we simply set up, sell directly to guests, and help create a dog-friendly experience that benefits everyone.

Option 1 – Pre-Paid Credit (Host Sponsored)

As the host, you set a prepaid dollar amount that acts as a credit toward guest purchases. • Pink Paw tracks all purchases during the event • Guests order freely without paying individually • If purchases exceed the prepaid amount, you’ll be invoiced for the difference • Perfect for corporate events, open houses, and client appreciation gatherings

Option 2 – Guests Pay Individually

Guests purchase their own treats and drinks at discounted event menu pricing. • No prepaid credit required • No purchase tracking needed • You host the fun — we handle all sales • Great for community events, festivals, and neighborhood gatherings

Vendor Events, Markets & Public Festivals

Pink Paw Patisserie regularly participates in:

• Community markets
• Vendor fairs
• Festivals
• Public events
• Farmers markets
• Dog-friendly gatherings

For these types of events, Pink Paw typically pays a vendor participation fee to the event organizer — just like other food trucks and vendors.

We do not charge an appearance fee for public vendor events.
